Aspire Buys Pariplay To Boost US Presence
Under the terms of the €13.1 million cash agreement, Aspire will also be able to expand its scope of operations in the lucrative US gambling market. Speaking further about the deal, the company has noted that the agreement will allow it to control and maximize the benefits of yet another essential part of the iGaming value chain.
Terms of Purchase Deal Confirmed
The two parties have reportedly confirmed their signing of the deal, but regardless, it will remain subject to regulatory approval before it can be officially processed. The agreement is expected to be signed, sealed and closed sometime within the next three months, according to Aspire Global officials.
Pariplay, which is owned and operated by GMS Entertainment, is based in the Isle of Man, UK, and currently employs over 70 full time staff members. The firm holds licenses through the gambling regulatory authorities of Curacao, Malta, the UK, Romania and Gibraltar, and also was recently granted an online gambling certification that has allowed it to start offering its products in the American state of New Jersey.
CEOs Comment on the Agreement
Commenting on the announcement of the acquisition deal, CEO of Aspire Global Tsachi Maimon has noted that the integration of Pariplay’s products will give his company control of yet another portion of the industry’s value chain. Additionally, he said, the deal will also cut costs considerably while expanding the game portfolio offered by Aspire and providing a channel through which to sell proprietary content outside of the firm’s network.
Founder and CEO of Pariplay Gili Lisani is also looking forward to a lucrative new future with his company’s new owners. Speaking about the partnership, Lisani says that his team and their operations have come a long way, and feels confident about sending his company forward to participate in the next leg of its growth journey.

The multi-channel gambling business specializes in creating innovative software for games, platforms and virtual services, as well as on-premise solutions for land-based gambling venues.
